valve series MPG

The valve series MPG is our most recent construction series. More than 15 years of experience gained in the worldwide gas industry market had an influence on the development process of this valve series.

In this product series we do also have at our disposal along with the 2/2 way valves further self-manufactured products as relief valves, check valves, filters and accessories.

All valves of the construction series MPG have been examined by the German Institution for Materials Administration as well as TÜV (Technical Supervisory Association) (only MPG 12 RV).

modules

Valve modules are valves assembled in a line being inter-connected at their inlet or outlet. Expensive and bulky pipelines and tubing that would be necessary using single valves thus are no more necessary.

Concerning the type series MPG, module rows with several space quantities for the valves are in use. All module rows can be combined by means of special adapters. Therefore, a high quantity of different versions and valve quantities can be realised.

filling systems

Filling systems are complete units that contain all hardware components that are necessary for a filling process. The systems are developed in close cooperation with our customers.

The units are conceived in a way that the only work remaining for the customer is to lead to the system the gases to be filled. We offer a software developed in modules which can therefore be adapted to all customers' applications.

software

Our partner iGAS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS gives us the possibility of offering you a kind of software that is specially designed for gas filling applications.

This software package is based upon Siemens S7-SPS, visualization is realised per Wonderware InTouch. Through that, a rugged design and therefore a safe system suitable for industrial applications is attained.
