 Producing high-quality filling systems for industrial cylinder gases, we obtained a world-wide reputation. All systems - with service pressures of up to 420 bar - are developed and produced in close cooperation with our customers. In virtue of our flexible internal structures, we have the possibility of adapting these systems to our customers' specifications and requests and are therefore able to realise brief delivery times. For these reasons, we can proudly state that world-wide operating as well as regional gas producers are satisfied with our service.    
Newest conceptions require the understanding and application of newest techniques. Thus, also our valve series type MPG was developed by means of numeric programs. To optimize the flow (CFD) and the solidity, we use FEM-programs and rely on 3D-CAD-technology concerning all our development steps. This technology provides the opportunity to our clientele of being involved during the development and to intervene at any time; exerting minimal influence on the time schedule.   
You define the requirements - in close cooperation with you, we work out the best solution. This aim has the highest priority for us. In order to achieve it, we optimised all our internal procedures accordingly, as from the purchase order up to delivery. All mounting procedures are effected as specified by our EDP, so that also subsequent changes influence directly upon the process. After having finished the assembly, all products are thoroughly and finally tested, cleaned and packed meeting the highest requirements. Consequently, we are able to guarantee suitability for oxygen service. We elaborate a specific technical documentation with each system translated into the corresponding language containing all relevant documents. The valves of the construction series MPG have been inspected by the German Institute of Material Administration (BAM) as well as by the institution TÜV (Technical Supervisory Association).   
For customers' requests, technical consultation as well as project management, we are at your disposal with a multilingual team. Being producers of complete systems, we would appreciate your contacting us concerning questions on all components mounted in our systems. No matter where you set up our products - our service takes care on a world-wide basis as our engagement continues after having sold our products. On request, we shall offer you trainings on our products to enable you the independent execution of specific maintenance or repair works.     
Our mother company, today called müller co-ax ag, has been founded in 1960 by Gottfried Müller, the inventor of the coaxial valve. This technical concept revolutionized the market due to its highly reliable quality and its compactness. In the course of time, müller co-ax ag had to face customers' demands not only to produce individual valves or small modular valve manifolds, but equally to think about the possibility of offering whole systems that are more complex, containing also additional external components representing thereby complete and compact solutions for the customer. In 1989 müller co-ax ag decided to step into this new challenge choosing as a first testing field the collaboration with the Air Liquide company. This decision gave birth to the so-called "m-tech division", an independent division within the müller co-ax group, whose primary task was to take care of the specific requirements of the gas industry around the world. Various types of totally new gas filling systems have been conceived in the course of our most successful cooperation with the Air Liquide specialists. The müller co-ax engineers and technicians contributed their part with the development of a particularly designed high-pressure gas valve series - the valve construction series PCD-H and later the next generation PCG-H. Furthermore, also other müller co-ax ag valves are used in different gas filling systems : valves of the construction series DBV, KBS, LVP, PCD-2, VMK or VMK-H.
On 01 January 2000, a separate subsidiary company called "m-tech gmbh" was founded as a next step. Today, an extensive and specific care of the high pressure gas industry has been achieved. Up to now, more than 150 complete filling systems have been supplied to the Air Liquide group decisively characterizing their continuous pursuit for automation. Until today, the Air Liquide group is our most important partner and customer. In the meantime, however, our activities are no longer limited to the Air Liquide group. Meanwhile, we can state companies like Air Products, BOC, Carburos Metálicos, Linde, Messer or Praxair as references. They are all competent partners and satisfied customers of our company. However, also other regional gas filling groups take advantage of our experiences : Astrium, Gaz Alimentaire or Hoekloos are only some examples. At present, our filling systems are used in more than 26 countries all over the world and have been realized in close cooperation with the customer. m-tech gmbh cooperates with the central software divisions of Air Liquide, Air Products, BOC, Carburos Metálicos, Linde, Messer and Praxair as well as various associate companies as Altenrath, iGas, SIGA, Theisen, etc. Almost each filling system is developed according to the customers' needs and specifications. This shows our flexibility, our proximity to the customer and our innovation power. As a consequent development of the existing type series, the subsequent high-pressure gas valve type series MPG has been conceived. More than 15 years of experience gained in the worldwide gas industry market had an influence on the development process of this valve series. Having finished this development process, there is a completely new type series called MPG that is conspicuous for its compact and place-saving construction. For the first time, in this type series we do also offer relief valves, check valves and filters type MPG FI along with the 2/2 way valves. It is possible to combine all of these components in an easy and compact way. |
